What Is MasqMe?
MasqMe is an identity theft prevention company that provides a suite of online tools that enables our members to control the dissemination of their personal information to prevent identity theft. Our inspiration comes from personal experiences and the recommendations made by the United States Social Security Administration; treat your SSN as confidential information and avoid giving it out unnecessarily. We believe, as does the SSA, that repetitive and routine usage of our Social Security Number creates opportunities for individuals to inappropriately obtain personal information. Our philosophy is simple; limit the exposure of personal information, and you immediately begin to prevent identity theft.

Our Commitment
Unlike the policies of many banks, credit unions and other financial institutions, we're in business to protect the personal information of our customers, not sell it as an alternate revenue stream. We will never sell our member's information to third-parties, marketing firms, affiliates, or strategic partners.
